Individual Sign ups for the Fall league will receive FREE JR NBA Training on Monday nights with Coach Mick Dejene. Mick will be guiding your young athlete through fundamental basketball drills and skills for duration of the Fall Fastbreak Basketball League.

Included in every skill session is a post workout for each athlete to develop both physically and mentally on the court. This includes, push ups, sprints, ladder drills, squats, lunges, heavy rope, agility drills plus more.
